Personally
I think this map roxs, it has close quarter fighting,
long-range shoot-outs, and a very hectic middle
bit. I will just do 1 whole strategy for this map
as the tactics work for both teams.
Lets
assume you are playing on a server that has friendly
fire off and has a 20-player limit. On your team
ideally you want 2 medics, 4 lieutenants, and 4
soldiers. Out of the soldiers you probably want
1 flame-thrower and 1 rocket launcher, then what
ever you want. In theory this is a good idea, but
as you and I both know, you cant tell other people
what to do on a public server. So stick to those
guidelines, then check what your team is weak on;
they may need another medic or lieutenant.
When
you start you should try and split your team in
half, 1 rush the main way, through the double doors
and get all the flags on route, and the other rush
down the side ally and arrive in the middle section
to take the flags there. At this point, if your
opposition is any good, you will find yourself in
the middle of a small war with no one moving an
inch. The way to advance at this point is to have
your soldiers lay down some covering fire with the
gun emplacement and their own weapons (this is where
the rocket launcher comes in handy) and have the
lieutenants throw their air-strike smoke grenades
in the middle bit. Then send your lieutenants and
medics down the left and right through the buildings.
Then your team should all advance at once creating
a pincer. Once you have taken this middle section
it is time to advance into enemy territory. Again,
send half of your team down the ally and half to
the main way, to the front door. Now is where your
flame-thrower comes in to play. Get your flame-thrower
to fire through the door when you open it, thus
creating a fire shield. Then the people who went
down the ally must rush with the people who went
through the door, to take the enemy by storm and
get the last flag.
